After all, it is said in the manga that both had formidable powers, and I was looking forward to Cold putting up a fight. After all, as the father of one of the most notable villans in DBZ, I’m surprised he was dealt with so easily. Plus, Toriyama made him stupid. He should’ve teleported before Trunks shot him…

yeah but this was to build up the coming of the androids. So you can say “man he did that to freeza, and the androids are still way stronger”. But i agree they should of made this more of a fight.
they made king cold look weak in this, i reckon it would been better if trunks put more effort into killing him so it would be one of those epic battles that are hard to forget.

he’s killed Yakon, Buu and plenty of movie villans. He doesn’t fight to kill, but for the right reasons so its not immoral for him to ultimately kill enemies like Frieza who never learn
